/usr/lib/vmware/bin/net-dvs (same location for vmkping, vscsiStats, vmware-vim-cmd)
dvs information: /etc/vmare/dvsdata.db (cache info from /vmfs/volumes/.dvsdata) , could be read by net-dvs or vm-support command.
net-dvs out will display all the information about dvs.
