vicfg-snmp

CLI command simplifies the steps to enable snmp service on host. Without this command, you will need to complete the following steps:

1. add the community string at the file /etc/snmpd/snmpd.conf
2. restart snmpd
3. esxcfg-firewall -e snmpd
